The Board of Directors have the pleasure of informing that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 8th February 2002 the shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the resolutions tabled under the Notice of Meeting .

LB并没有告知我们ESOS的转换价是多少。
根据我自己计算，过去5天的闭市价是：
4/2/02 1.43
5/2/02 1.47
6/2/02 1.40
7/2/02 1.42
8/2/02 1.43

因此这5 天的平均价就是1.43。

所以ESOS的转换价应该就是1.43。
无论如何，LB会做个正式的公布。
